Site Safety Management:
Our staff of Safety Managers can provide monitoring services on either a full or part-time basis. Each manager receives a minimum of 80 hours of classroom instruction before beginning their field training. They are also given regular updates as well as group training throughout the year.
We have a full staff of Safety Managers that will meet all of your needs from NYC Certified Site Safety Managers, Construction Site Fire Safety Managers, Certified Site Safety Coordinators, Registered Concrete Safety Managers, Certified Fire Guards, Construction Health and Safety Technician's (CHST), Certified Industrial Hygienist's (CIH), Noise and Air Monitors, and Certified Safety Professionals (CSP).
Site Safety Manager Description:
A certified Site Safety Manager is required on new construction or demolition sites that are 15 stories or taller.
Site Safety Coordinator Description:
A certified Site Safety Coordinator is required on new buildings 10 to 14 stories under construction or demolition.
Construction Superintendent Description:
A registered Construction Superintendent is required at new buildings and buildings under demolition nine stories and below.
Concrete Safety Manager Description:
A registered Concrete Safety Manager is required on major building construction projects that involve the placement of 2,000 cubic yards or more of concrete.
Fire Safety Manager Description:
A Licensed Fire Safety Manager is required where a Site Safety Manager or Site Safety Coordinator is required by the building code, the owner shall designate a person to be the Fire Safety Manager for the construction site. Such person shall hold a certificate of fitness as a Construction Site Fire Safety Manager. The Fire Safety Manager may be the Site Safety Manager or Site Safety Coordinator required by the building code, except that a separate Fire Safety Manager shall be designated for a building under construction when such building reaches a height of twenty stories or more than 250 feet (76 200 mm), has a lot coverage of 200,000 square feet (1860 m2) or greater, or as otherwise prescribed by rule.
